last.fm is fucking awesome

Just needed to officially share my opinion of Last.fm
I constantly use it. In fact i feel naked when I'm listening to music without it there.
In case you dont know what it is:
Its this magical program that tracks what you listen to,
and creates custom stations for you based on what you listen to, or what you might listen to,
and lets you listen to other peoples custom stations, and shows you what they listen to,
and they can see what you listen to...everyday...or what you listened to last year
annnd loves you.
I dunno. Ive had mine for like 6 years.
I use it all the time.

Of coarse I have a few gripes..
one is you can't really edit your history...
which sucks if someone else listens to music when your'e logged in,
or you have a party and stick with say...hip hop for 5 hours...
or you listen to gentle music to sleep to..
which is why they think im obsessed with iron & wine and album leaf...
How to fix:
-make the history at least fairly editable if not fully.
If the reason is so that people don't fudge how many listens their own band gets then i would understand.
But as far as bringing down or un-listening things.. why not
Another solution:
Modes.
Like Party Mode and Sleep Mode.

One other gripe would be sometimes my personal radio struggles to adapt to the ridiculous range of music i enjoy.. although at times it seems very intuitive and adjusts by paying attention to what tracks i skip and such, i think something i could click on or tweak to indicate what i am in the mood for would help immensely.

Also there should be a last.fm app for all smart phonethings. there might be i dunno. but there sure should be.
Also it should work for vlc because it also tracks shows and maybe even movies i think... but i dont use winamp for movies.. so its missing out. hey i havent sought out any info on vlc compatability.. but there sure should be.
Also I have no idea what good hitting the "Love" button does over and over again...if any, but i sure hit it all the time!

ANYWAYS
Last fm is sweet and i hope it just doesnt disappear one day when i don't want it to.
fuck pandora. there i said it.
PS there is so much more to Last then i've mentioned.
